Tim and his partner came by to put in some new lights and ceiling fans for our home. He was very helpful and talked through my plans with me. Helped me to choose location, as well as the best lights for what I needed. He communicated well and cleaned up when he was done. My wife and I are very happy with the finished project! I'm sure we will be reaching out to him for any other electrical needs that pop up!

I bought a fixer upper and had a list of electrical work that needed to be done before I moved in including adding new lights in many places and rewiring rooms. The work was completed very fast and done really well. I was impressed at how they were able to install new lighting in my ceiling with minimal holes in the drywall. He was also very nice and personable. He was willing to answer any question I had and was good at making suggestions for what might work best for my space. He also went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work.

We reached out to Tim Carlson during the epic ice storm in Nashville this week. Within a few hours of him becoming aware that our weather head was broken, he came to our house, fixed it, & prepped the wires for NES to complete the process for getting our power back. What he did for us saved us from going days or weeks more without power as well as quite a bit of money we would have had to pay a team of electricians to do the same work. He kept us in the loop regarding what he was doing & what we needed to know relative to how the entire process played out. Not only that, but he then helped a friend of ours with a similar problem immediately after he finished our job. He did most of this work in the dark too. What great work he does. Wish everyone we encountered in skilled service work was this effective. He is great at what he does!

Highly recommend!!!! I am delighted to have hired Tim with Mr. Watts to install the electrical wiring from the breaker box to the hot tub on the patio. The job was done extraordinarily well, and he was always professional. I first hired him after calling many other electrical contractors/companies- many of whom wanted to charge a considerable sum of money to come out to quote the job or companies that gave me a rough estimate without a clear quote without listening to the circumstances of the job. Tim responded quickly to the message that I left and scheduled a time to assess the job. He arrived on time and explained the quote to me in depth- including exigencies that were based in my situation (installing a hot tub for my condo). I felt heard and understood and I had a clear understanding of the job and the costs due to his patient explanations and willingness to answer all of my questions. About the job itself: He was a professional from beginning to end. He was clear with communication and always on time. The job required a 2 x 22-foot section of my ceiling cut and removed to run the wiring. When he finished, there was not a speck of dust. He took great pains to keep the ceiling section intact so it could be repaired right back into the ceiling. The job was completed within the time-frame that he specified. The installation works great without any problems and the cost was very reasonable. I will be using Mr. Watts again in the future when I have my split HVAC system installed.

Mr Watt was great! He texted to respond to my voicemail the evening after I left the message, and he came the next day to solve my problem! Replaced a faulty smart light switch quickly. We will definitely call him again when we need an electrician!

I can't say enough about Tim. He really went above and beyond with helping me out of a very difficult situation I got myself into. The project took over a month and a half of back and forth conversation and multiple revisions with the city and NES and Tim helped me navigate the whole thing. Tim is great! Knowledgeable, considerate, clean work and presentation. Our dishwasher caught fire and in removing it, the wire was cut too close to the wall to install the new dishwasher. Tim scheduled us in record time, but then had a cancellation and was able to move our appointment up to immediately. He extended and installed the new wire, hooked up the dishwasher to check his work and we are on our way again! It always takes me a long time to locate and then trust Contractors. I completely trust Tim's work and I will be happy to use him again!

We had a very strange issue happen with an outlet in our bathroom that left us worried the wiring in our house might not be safe. Tim came out on time, as scheduled, and did a careful inspection of each point in our electrical system that could be related to the problem. He took time at each step to explain what he was doing and what he was observing. In the end, he charged a reasonable price for this inspection, and that price included several circuit breakers and a new receptacle to replace the one that had failed. This was the same price that was listed on the website, which is also nice.

Tim is by far one the best I have ever hired. I contacted Tim to do all the electrical work on my master closet and bathroom remodel. He ran the additional wires from the panel, installed all new indoor and outdoor outlets, installed new lighting fixtures, and ceiling lights including a shower fan.
